Telecaller

Job Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to customers from the provided data.
• Explain company services and offers clearly.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.
• Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
• Update daily call records and maintain reports.

Requirements:-

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer handling.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
