Job Description

A telecaller job involves making and receiving calls to communicate with customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads. They are responsible for building relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and guiding them towards company offerings. Telecallers also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain records of interactions. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting. 
  • Inbound Handling:
  • Addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving complaints through phone calls. 
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers, gathering their information, and passing it on to the sales team. 
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and following up on leads and inquiries. 
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company, contributing to overall team performance. 
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating customer information, and submitting reports on daily activities. 

Essential Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities. 
  • Customer Handling: Ability to handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues effectively. 
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Convincing customers to make a purchase or take a desired action.
