Job Description
- Job Title: Tele Counseller
- Working Hours: Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
- Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Off: Sunday (Fixed)
- Minimum Education: Undergraduates eligible (Minimum: 12th Pass with result in hand)
- Work Experience:6 months to 1 year in a relevant field
- Age:18 to 34 years
- Gender:Female/Male
- Language Skills:Good communication in English (mandatory)
- Ability to communicate in Hindi is a plus
- Experience:Experience in Outbound Telecalling, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation
- Outbound Telecalling exposure is preferable
- Job Role: Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses.
- Based on their interest, invite them to attend free career counselling sessions at institutes.
- Follow up with students in a timely manner to check the status of their visit.
