Telecaller

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
• Explain property features, pricing, and project details clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads for residential and/or commercial properties.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Handle inbound inquiries from advertisements, websites, and property portals.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
• Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is an advantage.
• Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
