Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally
• Explain products/services and generate leads
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Address customer concerns and provide proper solutions

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:

• 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
