Telecaller (B2B Leads) – KozyTouch | Revive InternationalLocation: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident Telecaller to manage daily enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp & inbound calls.

Your job is to convert leads into orders, share product details, follow-up daily, and maintain excellent customer communication.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling (Primary)

  • Call and respond to IndiaMART & TradeIndia leads instantly.
  • Understand customer requirements (blankets, quilts, gifting, bulk orders).
  • Share product images, prices, MOQ, and offers on WhatsApp.
  • Maintain strong follow-up until conversion.
  • Update CRM/sheets daily with lead status.

Sales Support

  • Coordinate with Store Manager for product availability.
  • Follow-up on samples, payments, dispatch status.
  • Send quotations, catalogues, and product details.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders consistently.

Customer Interaction

  • Handle inbound calls politely and confidently.
  • Build relations with retailers, wholesalers, and corporate buyers.
  • Handle queries regarding rates, delivery, bulk discounts.

Reporting

  • Maintain daily call sheet, lead sheet, and follow-up report.
  • Share conversion report with founder/manager.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi must, English basic+).
  • Strong persuasion & follow-up skills.
  • Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia lead handling is a BIG PLUS.
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, catalog sharing, price negotiation.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets).

Salary & Incentives:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on experience)
  • Incentives: Based on number of conversions + monthly targets
  • Benefits: Staff discount, performance bonus, festival incentives
