Job Summary

Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, providing accurate information, and achieving sales or service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.

2.Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

3.Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.

4.Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.

5.Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

6.Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.

7.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

8.Follow scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.

9.Report feedback, issues, and suggestions to the team leader/manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma/Graduate (any field).

Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Care preferred.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Good listening skills and patience while dealing with customers.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
