Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, communicate with customers, and support business growth by generating leads or providing assistance.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
  • Explain products/services clearly
  • Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/system
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets
  • Requirements:Good communication skills (verbal & listening)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle objections politely
  • Positive attitude and convincing skills
  • Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred (optional)
  • Qualifications:Minimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Freshers can apply (if applicable)
