Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Calls: Making cold calls to potential customers to introduce and sell loan products.
• Customer Consultation: Explaining product features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
• Lead Management: Following up with prospects, nurturing leads, and updating client information in CRM systems.
• Documentation & Processing: Collecting necessary documents and coordinating with backend teams for loan approval and disbursement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in banking/finance.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass, though a graduate degree is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
