•	Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed.
•	Enter and update client’s information in the database.
•	Take and process clients in an accurate manner.
•	Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
•	Keep records of calls and note important information.
•	You should complete given target.
•	You should play receptionist roll as well.
Proven experience as tele-calling cum receptionist.
	Ability to manage admin work.
	Good knowledge of relevant computer program and telephone systems.
	Ability to learn about services and describe explain them to prospects.
	Good knowledge of English.
	Good communication and interpersonal skills as a receptionist.
	Cool - tempered and able to handle situations.
	Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and complaints.
	Additional language will be a plus.
