Telecaller Inbound

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce business loan services.

• Understand the client’s financial needs and eligibility for business loans.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales or advisory team.

• Schedule meetings or calls with senior advisors for detailed discussions.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM or database.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services (preferred).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of business loans, MSME loans, or financial products will be an advantage.

• Ability to handle client queries professionally.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
