Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Explain products/services and their benefits clearly

Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Handle customer objections professionally

Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines

Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred)

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)

Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
