🔍 Job Responsibilities Promote and sell health insurance policies to individual and corporate clients

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals
• Maintain proper sales records and follow-up reports

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in talking to customers and closing deals
• Basic knowledge of health insurance (training will be provided)
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory for the right candidate)
