Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Telecaller for the Loan Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products, and generating applications for personal loans, business loans, or other financial products.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Generate leads and convert them into loan applications.
• Follow up with customers for document collection and process updates.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products (preferred).
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in tele sales / loan process preferred.
