Telecaller Outbound

We are looking for a passionate and confident Telecaller for Fundraising to connect with potential donors, explain the mission of our NGO, and encourage them to contribute to social causes. The candidate will play an important role in raising funds to support children, healthcare, education, and other humanitarian programs. Key Responsibilities

Call potential donors and supporters from the provided database.

Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact.

Request donations to support ongoing campaigns and programs.

Build positive relationships with donors.

Maintain records of calls and donor responses.

Follow up with interested donors.

Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets.

Provide accurate information about donation methods.
