Telecaller Outbound

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Outbound Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound calls. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections effectively and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
