Telecaller Outbound

An Outbound Telecaller's job is to initiate calls to potential customers (cold calling) or existing clients to generate leads, promote products/services, schedule appointments, and achieve sales targets, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and resilience to handle rejection while accurately logging calls in a CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain product/service features, persuade them to buy, or book meetings/demos.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, update customer details in the CRM system, and generate reports.
• Handle high call volumes efficiently, sticking to scripts while adapting to customer needs, and managing call time effectively.
