Job Description

We are looking for a International Outbound Voice Executive to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.


  1. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential or existing customers in the US market.
  • Follow the daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quotas.
  1. Lead Generation / Qualification:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on campaign objectives.
  • Gather accurate contact information and update CRM tools.
  1. Sales and Upselling:

  • Pitch products or services persuasively to generate sales or set appointments.
  • Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Handle objections and close sales (if sales-focused).
  1. Customer Engagement:

  • Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive interaction.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  1. Follow-ups:

  • Perform timely follow-ups with interested leads or pending customers.
  • Track and manage callbacks or scheduled appointments.
  1. Data Entry and CRM Management:

  • Accurately record call outcomes, feedback, and customer details into the CRM/database.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
  1. Compliance & Quality:

  • Adhere to calling scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines (e.g., TCPA rules).
  • Maintain call quality and professionalism throughout.
  1. Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates or reports on calls, leads, conversions, or issues.
  • Flag escalations or unresolved matters to the supervisor/team lead.
  1. Shift Flexibility:

  • Work according to US time zones (EST, PST, etc.) as per business needs.

Job Requirements:


The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
