Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with potential clients and introduce our digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and setting appointments with interested clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Introduce company services like social media marketing, graphic design, and website development
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain daily call reports and lead data
• Follow up with interested clients
• Build positive relationships with potential customers
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Confidence while speaking on calls
• Ability to handle cold calling and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM / Google Sheets)
• Ability to work with targets
