JOB DESCRIPTION-

A Telecalling Assistant primarily handles inbound and outbound calls to interact with customers, promoting products or services, generating leads, and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or offers.
•   Handling calls from customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests for support.
•   Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
•   Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer information, and interactions.
•   Building rapport with customers and maintaining positive relationships.
