Role OverviewWe’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to engage prospects, explain our offerings, and support the sales team with lead conversions and onboarding.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospects, partners, and corporate clients
• Explain services: group health insurance, wellness plans, family health benefits
• Convert marketing/partner leads and maintain follow-ups
• Log interactions and update CRM regularly
• Understand client needs and route qualified leads to sales
• Handle basic customer queries
• Support onboarding of partners, agents, and clients
• Requirements0–3 years in telecalling / inside sales / customer support
• Strong Hindi & English communication
• Confident phone presence and objection handling
• Basic insurance knowledge (preferred)
• Good computer & CRM skills
• Target-driven and disciplined
