Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

Company ke products/services ko customers ko phone ke through explain karna aur sales generate karna.

Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan):

Potential customers ko phone calls karna

Company ke products/services ki puri jankari dena

Customer ke questions aur objections ko handle karna

Sales targets achieve karna

Customer details aur call records maintain karna

Follow-up calls karna interested customers ke sath

Company policies aur scripts ke according kaam karna

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic)

Convincing power aur confidence

Sales ya telesales ka experience ho to better (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude aur target-oriented approach
