🧾 Role Overview
A Telecalling Executive interacts with potential or existing customers via phone calls to inform them about products/services, answer queries, generate sales, or provide customer support.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Generate leads and sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales
- Handle customer complaints or objections professionally
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Keep records of calls and sales activities
