Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives

Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, pitching real estate projects effectively, and converting leads into appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided data.
• Clearly communicate project details and benefits to prospects.
• Pitch real estate offerings persuasively to generate interest.
• Schedule site visits and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested clients.
• Manage time effectively to maximize daily productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Female candidate, age 21 or above.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Strong communication and clear speaking skills.
• Good pitching ability with a persuasive personality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Confident, professional, and target-oriented.
