Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Coordination – Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships.

● Email Communication – Handle client emails, respond to queries, and ensure timely updates.

● Call Follow-ups – Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding requirements and updates.

● In-house Coordination – Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) for smooth delivery.

● Sales Support – Assist in solution sales activities and support the BDE team.

● Data Management – Maintain client records, follow-up trackers, and reports

Eligibility Criteria:

● Experience: 1 – 5 years in client coordination / BDE / sales support roles

● Education: Graduate preferred

● Skills Required: ○ Basic English communication (written & verbal)

○ Good coordination and interpersonal skills

○ Ability to handle follow-ups and multitasking

○ Basic knowledge of MS Office
