Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiasm for the TeleCalling Executive role. This role involves outbound and inbound calls to potential clients/customers, providing them with necessary information, and guiding them through our services/products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to introduce and promote our services/products.

- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information as required.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless experience and conversion.

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams for efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

- Previous experience in a similar calling or telemarketing role is preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.

- Professional and presentable with a confident phone manner.
