Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller / Tele-Marketing Executive (Agent Recruitment)

1. Make outbound calls to given data to explain the opportunity of becoming an Insurance Advisor/Agent.
2. Brief candidates about earnings, flexibility, and growth in the insurance advisory role.
3. Screen interested callers, answer basic queries, and check eligibility.
4. Schedule follow-ups, interviews, or onboarding meetings for shortlisted candidates.
5. Maintain call records, lead status, and daily calling targets as per guidelines.
