Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects (residential/commercial)
- Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and offers
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM or lead management systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections politely
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
