Function Related Activities/Key

Responsibilities  

As a Telecalling executive, you will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to generate leads, understand customer requirements, explain products, follow up regularly and coordinate with the sales team to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction. 

The position holder shall be responsible for achieving individual targets and managing sales operations.

 Your Role at Large

 Key Responsibilities 

·        Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects (plots, flats, villas, etc.)

·        Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans

·        Identify customer requirements and qualify leads

·        Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team

·        Follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement

·        Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

·        Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

·        Address basic customer queries and objections professionally

·        Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead updates

·        Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets

Qualifications: 

●     Graduate or Pursuing in any stream

●     Minimum 0-2 Years experience

 ,Basic Requirements:

●      Ability to manage targets and pressure

●     Good communication & interpersonal skills

●     Minimum age 20

Salary & Benefits: ●    1.5 - 2.4 LPA ( ₹15,000 per month) + Incentives
