Job Title: Tele Calling Executive

Location: Greater Noida (Head Office-based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain and update customer data and call records accurately
• Handle leads efficiently and ensures proper follow-ups
• Schedule and manage appointments for sales or service teams
• Track call outcomes and report daily/weekly performance
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Must be a Graduate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and CRM tools preferred)
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage
