Job Title: Tele-caller (for a job site)

Location: Sector-78, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, handling queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain a record of customer interactions and update databases.

• Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (both verbal and written).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
