Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Customer Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with the operations team, and managing billing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team for smooth service.
• Manage billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records and order details in the system.
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely updates.
• Ensure good customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or coordination.
• Basic knowledge of billing and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
