Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective customers or respond to inbound calls
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints politely
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
