Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and target‑driven Telecaller to generate leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and support sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads.

- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.

- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM.

- Meet daily call targets and quality standards.

- Upsell/cross-sell products/services where applicable.


Requirements

- 0‑1 year of experience in telesales/telemarketing.

- Excellent communication skills in [Language, e.g., Hindi].

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
