Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive – Personal Loan & OverdraftJob OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls and promoting Personal Loan and Overdraft financial products. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach to generate leads and close sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing and documentation.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to build long-term relationships.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial products (Personal Loan / Overdraft preferred).
• Good negotiation and sales skills.
