Telecalling Executive (In-House Calling – TruckMitr)
Location: Suite No-G05, Plot No- C-104, Block-C, Sector-65, Noida – 201301
Job Type: Full-Time In Office
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
Industry: Logistics / Trucking Technology
Experience Level: 0–3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)

- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make welcome calls to newly onboarded drivers and transporters within 48 hours of registration.
- Profile Completion Assistance: Guide users to complete their profiles on the TruckMitr app.
- Subscription Sales: Explain the app’s premium features and encourage users to subscribe.
- Driver Verification Support: Help drivers understand the importance of profile verification and assist with the process.
- Job Matchmaking Support: Coordinate between transporters and drivers to facilitate successful hiring.
- Data Handling: Accurately update call status, remarks, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Objection Handling: Resolve user queries and explain the benefits of using the TruckMitr platform.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with non-converted users to maximize subscriptions and engagement.
- Feedback Collection: Capture user feedback to help improve the platform and services.
- ✅ RequirementsExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an advantage).
- Ability to convince & handle objections confidently over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones, apps, and simple computer tools (training will be provided).
- Previous telecalling/customer service/sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- High energy, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable with targets & performance-based incentives.
