Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

The Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over phone calls to generate leads, provide information about products/services, and close sales or schedule follow-ups while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested customers and close pending leads
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Handle objections and complaints politely
  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
  • Ability to convince and negotiate effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
