Job Title: Telecaller Cum Sales Executive - Real Estate

Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 12k to upto 25k+Incentive

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele caller to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing information about properties, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the company’s real estate offerings and services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing the needs and preferences of clients, and provide tailored property recommendations.
  • Schedule property site visits and meetings between clients and sales managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Assist in closing sales by negotiating pricing, discussing offers, and finalizing deals.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Provide detailed information about property features, availability, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches.
  • Prepare sales reports, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tele caller, Sales Executive, in Real Estate or loan
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and property-related regulations.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
