Position Overview:We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female/Male) to join our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in explaining our software products and converting leads into clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales
  • Explain software features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospects
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM regularly
  • Follow up with interested clients through phone and WhatsApp
  • Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets
  • Requirements:18 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling or software sales (freshers with excellent communication are welcome)
  • Good Hindi and English communication skills
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive personality
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Immediate joiners preferred
