Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services over the phone. You should be comfortable making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and customers to close deals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
