Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and explain company products/services clearly over the phone.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales opportunities.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under target pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and local language (additional languages are a plus).
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent.
