Telecalling Executive

A Telecalling Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

• * Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales. 
• * Answering customer inquiries, providing information, addressing concerns, and closing sales over the phone. 
• * Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services. 
• * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 
• * Nurturing leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources. 
• * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
