Telecalling Executive

A telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate sales leads, and address customer concerns. They maintain detailed records of calls, follow up with prospects, and aim to meet sales targets, often working from a CRM database to build customer relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Contacting potential clients to pitch products, services, or set up appointments.
• Inbound Support: Answering incoming calls to assist with inquiries, questions, or product issues.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers, following up on leads, and closing sales deals.
