Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI/overdue payment follow-ups.
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment modes clearly to customers.
- Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment while maintaining professionalism.
- Update daily call details, customer responses, and payment commitments in the system.
- Coordinate with field collection and accounts team for payment closure.
- Handle customer queries related to loan accounts and resolve issues within TAT.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
