Job Description:
We are looking for a Loan Recovery Executive who can efficiently handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Overdue loan accounts par daily follow-up (call/visit as required)
Customers ko payment reminders dena aur resolution provide karna
Company policies ke according recovery process follow karna
Recovery records & reports maintain karna
Customer ke saath professional aur polite communication rakhna
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Fresher & Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain
Basic communication skills (Hindi compulsory)
Experience:
0 – 3 years (Loan / Collection / Recovery background preferred)
