Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly driven Telecallers to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong passion for relationship-building and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Identify prospects, generate quality leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Explain project details, pricing, and USPs in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits, supporting the sales team in conversion.
• Manage and update daily leads in the CRM system and achieve assigned targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• An enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented mindset is a must.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer service approach with the ability to handle queries smartly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and telecalling processes.
• Prior real estate experience will be an added advantage.
