Job Summary The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining good customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities1. Outbound CallsMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• 2. Sales ConversionIdentify customer needs and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• 3. Customer InteractionAnswer customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• 4. Lead ManagementMaintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• 5. ReportingPrepare daily call reports and sales reports.
• Update customer database regularly.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
