• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to candidates/customers as per the provided data
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally
• Explain job roles / services / offers clearly
• Screen and shortlist interested candidates
• Maintain daily calling data and follow-ups
• Update call outcomes and candidate/customer details in the system or sheet
• Coordinate with recruiters/team leads for next steps
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
