Reduceddebts helps individuals and businesses resolve unsecured debt through structured negotiation, compliant settlements, and legal advisory, emphasizing faster, cost‑effective outcomes through ADR over protracted litigation. The role spans end‑to‑end dispute resolution plus banking legal support, including lender coordination, RBI Ombudsman/CMS filings, and recovery/compliance interfaces. Work across mediation/arbitration, RBI CMS workflows, lender coordination, and targeted banking litigation where needed. 

Job Overview:

As a Telesales Specialist at Reduceddebts, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial concerns, and offering appropriate solutions through our consultancy services. Your role will be critical in driving the company’s growth by acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.

What you’ll do:

• Contact potential clients to introduce Reduceddebts’ services and explain how we can assist them in managing or resolving their debts.
• Understand client needs, assess their financial situation, and recommend suitable solutions offered by the company.
• Acquire clients by building trust and delivering clear information about the process and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy while adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with the Legal and Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, company services, and competitor offerings.

Who you are:

• Graduate degree or above.
• Proven communication and persuasion skills.
• Fresher or Prior telesales or client acquisition experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Goal oriented with the ability to work with a team and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or debt management will be an added advantage.. 

Location & Hours:

Noida on‑site.

Fixed hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM 

Monday - Friday, Two Saturdays working.
