Type :- Full time role

Location :- Tower – 4 , Unit No. 707 ,Sec – 135, Assotech Business Park ,Noida -201301 , U.P.

 

Job description :-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive / Telecaller for our real estate onsite sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details to clients, arranging site visits, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
  • Attend clients at the project site and provide property walkthroughs.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to convert leads into bookings.
  • Maintain customer data, call logs, and follow-up details in CRM or registers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager and marketing team for lead updates.
  • Handle basic customer queries and provide post-visit follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the project location.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus).

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling , sales or real estate preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Education

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
